Judy obtained her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a board certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where you feel safe, accepted, and understood. Her philosophy revolves around open communication, setting mutual goals and educating patients on their diagnosis and treatment plan. Judy provides mental health care for patients across the life span – children, adolescents, and adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients. She follows evidence -based guidelines blended with clinical experience, observation, and intuition.
Overall, she values the importance of individual and group therapy and will work closely with your therapist to coordinate care or make appropriate therapy referrals as necessary.
